Popular Board Game Scythe Arrives on Mobile

A board game where each player attempts to lead their faction to power in an alternative history Europa, Scythe has made its way to mobile with the release of Scythe: Digital Edition. The explore, expand and conquer strategy game was originally released as a tabletop game thanks to a whopping $1.8 million Kickstarter campaign in 2016 followed by a release on PC in 2018. The mobile edition is available on the Apple App Store for $9.99 and at a massive discount of $1 less on the Google Play store for Android devices.

One thing that sets Scythe apart from many board-turned-digital games is the amazing artwork. For example, there’s this cool picture:

The game itself plays out on a hexegonal map where leaders will attempt to build armies and structures while conquering areas with vital resources. Scythe also supports cross-platform play, which means PC gamers can join their mobile brothers and sisters.
